After being drawn against Inter Milan in the Champions League play-offs, Bodø/Glimt CEO Frode Thomassen gave an interview.

He said: “We have never reached such heights before, it is very special. It is incredible for us to get out of the group stage. If someone had told us a few weeks ago that we would face Borussia Dortmund, Manchester City and Atletico Madrid and qualify successfully, we would never have believed it. But there must be a reason why we are here now.”
Regarding Inter Milan, he stated: "I was in Munich to watch the Champions League final last year. They are a team with profound heritage and one of the top teams in Europe. This is a huge challenge for us, and we can't wait to play against them. We are a small club with limited resources, but money is not the problem—talent is the most important thing. We have put passion and effort into everything we do. We have worked hard for many years, and if we have the chance to reach the Round of 16, it means we have done a great job."
