Brighton lost 0-1 to Arsenal in Premier League Round 29. After the match, Brighton head coach Fabian Hürzeler criticized Arsenal for frequent time-wasting late in the game at the post-match press conference.

Hürzeler said: “There was only one team playing real football today. Let me ask you all – have you ever seen a goalkeeper go down three times in one Premier League match?”
“We should have focused on our own performance; these things are out of our control. I expressed a similar view before the game.”
“We shouldn’t dwell too much on these matters… let’s talk about ourselves instead. The Premier League rule-makers really need to take a close look at the current rules – the time-wasting today was simply outrageous.”
“If they end up winning the Premier League title, no one will question how they did it. Ultimately, this is a problem with the rules.”
“If the referee lets these behaviors go unpunished, teams are just doing their own thing and playing by their own rules. It’s really hard to judge, but I will never be the kind of coach who cuts corners to win.”
“If you ask everyone here if they enjoyed the match, probably only one person would raise their hand – and that’s a die-hard Arsenal fan.”
