According to a top German transfer expert, Arsenal are considering signing Tonali and are in communication with Newcastle.
The journalist stated: “From my top-level sources, Arsenal are exploring the signing of Newcastle midfielder Tonali on transfer deadline day. There have been direct phone calls in the past few hours.”
"At the moment, completing the deal will be extremely difficult, as Newcastle have not given the green light and have rejected the initial offer. Arsenal are still pushing hard and are making every effort to finalize the Tonali deal today."
