Top transfer journalist (Here We Go) has confirmed that 33-year-old Jesse Lingard will join Brazilian Serie A side Corinthians as a free agent!
The reporter stated that Lingard has reached a verbal agreement with Corinthians on a one-year contract with an extension option. Despite receiving offers from MLS, Lingard chose to join Corinthians as a free agent, and the club will now arrange his medical.
Lingard is 33 years old with a market value of €2.2 million. He joined Manchester United at the age of 7, making 232 appearances and scoring 35 goals for the club. In 2024, he moved to Asia and joined FC Seoul as a free agent, scoring 17 goals and providing 10 assists in 67 games. He left FC Seoul as a free agent at the end of last year after his contract expired.
