Official: Manchester United have extended the contract of 33-year-old English centre-back Harry Maguire until 2027, with an additional 1-year extension option.

Manchester United defender Harry Maguire has signed a contract extension with the club until June 2027, with a one-year extension option.
Maguire said: “Representing Manchester United is the highest honor. This responsibility fills me and my family with immense pride every day. I am delighted to extend my journey at this incredible club to at least eight seasons, continuing to play in front of our special fans and create more wonderful moments together. You can feel the ambition and potential of this exciting team. The entire club's determination to compete for major trophies is evident, and I believe our best moments are still ahead of us.”
Maguire joined Manchester United from Leicester City in 2019 for €87 million. His original contract with Manchester United was set to expire this summer. So far, Maguire has made 266 appearances for the club, winning two Emirates FA Cups and one Carabao Cup.
